Paws-Ability is a assistance program for those who have a long standing relationship with their pet, have maintained their routine veterinary care and are faced with an unexpected veterinary bill that they would otherwise be unable to pay.
Paws-Ability works closely with area veterinarians and eligibility requires a referral to us from your pet's doctor.
1. A diagnosis must be reached by a licensed veterinarian prior to contacting Paws-Ability.
2. The pet must have a treatable illness, with a reasonable chance of survival.
2. A cost estimate must be presented to Paws-Ability.
3. The pet's owner must be able to pay some portion of the cost.
4. Low, or fixed income status must be established.
